About the Firm
Henley & Partners is the global leader in residence and citizenship planning. Each year, hundreds of wealthy individuals, families and their advisors rely on our expertise and experience in this area. Our highly qualified professionals work together as one team in over 20 offices worldwide.
The concept of residence and citizenship planning was created by Henley & Partners in the 1990s. As globalization has expanded, residence and citizenship have become topics of significant interest among the increasing number of internationally mobile entrepreneurs and investors whom we proudly serve every day.
The firm also runs a leading government advisory practice which has raised more than USD 4.5 billion in foreign direct investment. We have been involved in strategic consulting and the design, set-up and operation of the world’s most successful residence and citizenship programs.
While its origins date back more than 45 years, Henley & Partners as it is today was formed in 1997 through the combination of a private client immigration consultancy and a fiduciary company. Today the firm is focused exclusively on residence and citizenship planning and is operating via more than 20 offices worldwide.
The companies of the group, as well as most of its individual partners, directors and senior officers, are regulated where applicable by the respective authorities in the countries where they operate. They are also members of various professional associations such as the IMC, STEP, ITPA, IFA, FIABCI, and others.
We provide a range of services which are essential to protect and grow your wealth. However, as we often act as close advisors and trustees to our clients, we intentionally refrain from offering investment advice or asset management. In these sectors, we work together with many of the world's leading banks and most successful investment managers.
