Absolutely horrendous service. If you like your money - please do not use this bank. The executive officer Javier will make sure that you NEVER see your money again. Helen is equally ineffective. This bank continually has issues with their correspondent banking. It's a black hole where your money goes in, and cannot come out. You'll be constantly told you'll get your money 'manana'. Always manana. And Manana NEVER COMES. You Will never get your money back.
